We have 3 boats- 2 Celtic longboats and 1 double scull made by Swift Boats. All boats are designed for sea rowing with the double scull, as a sliding seat boat, being closer to a typical fine river boat.

- Crews will be registered before the start of the event. Unregistered crews must not take to the water during events
- Crews will declare their WSRA points category at registration. This cannot be changed once racing is underway.
- All boats must display their correct number on the hull in a legible size.
Many fixed seat rowing races are held around Wales. These are divided into league and non-league races. Generally speaking the non-league races are longer and are an opportunity for one crew only whilst the league races have multiple classes run separately. The league race, therefore, allows different crews to compete using the same boat- each race taking about 30-45 mins.
